That involves the process of product design, mould creation, human-control burning job (burning around 800 to 1400 degree - what a tough job!), rapid liquid cooling task and etc. All these are done by human expertise only without any machinary assistance.
Handmade product always has a premium status and higher pricing over those bulk machine goods.
2. Low production successful rate
Do you know successful production ratio for Liuli product is just about 70% only? Somemore all failed product cannot be reproduced or refurbished. Whereas in the case of crystal wares, if something went wrong in polishing step, one can simply scramble the crystal into smaller stones for sale or do something else with it.
