1. We accept orders for Singapore addresses only.
2. Delivery - Meet Up at Eunos Mrt For Collection Personally.
3. Deposit Of $30 is needed to confirm the deal.
Orders will be sent out within 3 business days upon confirmation of payment received and subjected to stock availability. In the unfortunate event that items becomes lost upon payment received, we will provide full refund for those items.

iv) Once small sum of $30 has been made, please inform us via email to liulifengshui@gmail.com with the following details:

Please note that if we do not receive payments within 3 days of our confirmation of availability and price , we will release the stocks for other customers.
4. No changes and cancellation once order confirmed and payment done.
5. All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
6. Due to the inherent characteristic of these products offered, the delivered items may not have exact shape, size or colour/hue as the photos posted here.
7. We inspect every item and provide proper packaging before mailing. However, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage thru the mail.
